We got a not-so-good update on inflation this morning. Plus, seems like a lot of chatter lately about DOGE...
Regardless of how you feel about the most recent elections here in the United States, the data suggests that something needs to be done as the deficit spending has gotten completely out of control. But, before you point fingers at one party or one President, the data suggests this has been a growing problem ... since Reagan was in office.
I will likely go into more depth on this when I release the December installment of our Monthly Market Monologue next week.
Oh, and that inflation data from earlier today - well it affirms what we've been discussing for some time: the battle over inflation does NOT seem to be over.
